1. You contact MusicMatters to schedule and book a recording date for your special event.


2. We send you a free kit with everything you need to get started including order forms for everyone.


3. Your group pre-sells your recording and hands in orders and money to you.


4. You send order forms to us, with one deposit check for 50% of what you have collected.


5. We record your event and customize the packaging to your satisfaction.


6. Take any additional orders the day of the event and the days that follow.


7. Send any remaining order forms to us, with one deposit check for 100% of what you have collected.


We will deliver your order to you within 15 business days of receipt, handle any service issues and send you back a final credit or bill.
